SUMMARY
To perform office clerical duties and answer telephones to assist customers in everyday transactions and to perform necessary duties as requested by the service department to insure timely and efficient handling of service paperwork and to assist all other department with the overall goal of complete customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 4PM

Salary: $18.00-$20.00/Hourly

Location: Contoocook, NH

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with everyday transactions/questions
Record transactions for Propane fills/Kerosene/Car Wash notes and tokens/invoices
Import Everest gas transactions and verify totals; add transactions if necessary
Monitor, add/delete Gasboy accounts in Everest as needed.
Track and record all sales leads from the Registry Review - review and provide promotional mailing
Filing work orders and employee time sheets as necessary.
Cold calls for annual periodic maintenance - as needed
Complete import of recurrent credit card transactions on a daily/periodic basis (as season change)
Service Reminder phone calls (if needed); print work orders (if needed)
Print daily work orders for the service technician's

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High School graduate
Minimum 2 plus years Office Administration/Customer Service or Receptionist oriented experience all to be considered
Punctuality, accuracy, and highly organized work habits
Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and general office procedures
Ability to converse and communicate with customers and co-workers especially in adverse situations
Ability to effectively communicate in writing as well as verbally

Must be able to build a warm rapport with customers
Possess problem solving, attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organization and follow through skills a must
Provide an outstanding customer service experience
